Design considerations and архитектура здания

For the design of the residential building consideration was taken for place of location, insolation of living accommodations, access and exit roads from the land plot subject to Requirements to fire safety (6 m width of carriage way acc. to Federal Law "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements" cl.67 p.1) as well as consideration was taken for access and exit roads from the one-way parking area.
Apartment building under project is the 15-levels residential building with 2-levels parking area for 32 car spaces including 3 functional zones.
Residential building with two accommodation units. One section has 14 levels, another – 15 levels.
The lounge accommodates a reception, a lobby-bar and a security room. At the same elevation there is a parking area for 11 car places. Farther there are the offices, a fitness center, a room for temporary stay of kids, a sauna, a mens’ and a ladies' change room, a room for cleaning utensils.
Underground parking for 21 car places is accessible via external ramp.
Apartment floor includes two living sections each having two lifts (passenger and service lifts) a staircase and a garbage disposer. There are 4 apartments in one section and 5 in another. Every apartment has a balcony.
